For customers who bought packs for themselves or to gift someone

After you’ve bought a pack, you are eligible for a 100% no-questions-asked-refund ONLY on your latest purchase (not on previous purchases in the past, if any), provided you’re raising the refund request WITHIN 7 calendar days of making the purchase.

 

Just write to us at [email protected] with:

1. the email ID you purchased the pack with and

2. the transaction ID mentioned in your invoice (starts with the letters “txn”)

 

We believe this is a very generous refund policy terms to encourage you to purchase a pack and use our app.

 

Note: If you are ineligible for a refund as per the above conditions, but still want a refund, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will do our best, without any promise of guaranteed refunds.

 

For customers who bought Corporate gift packs
